About

A healthcare foundation. A broader ambition.

My career began in dietetics, helping people make sense of their health and work out what they could do differently in everyday life. Through those conversations, I became interested in what happened beyond the consultation: how people found information, what support they had and whether the advice they received fitted their circumstances.

As I moved into digital health and hospital leadership, those questions grew. I could see how much went into delivering good care, and I wanted to understand how technology, research and business could help us do it better. That curiosity took me to University College London, where I completed an MSc in Digital Health & Entrepreneurship with Distinction.

Today, I’m bringing those experiences together through CG Health, helping caregivers make sense of environmental risks and take practical steps to protect their children’s health. Building it means connecting research with product decisions, listening to families and working with people who can help turn an idea into something useful.

Looking back, the thread through it all has been my enjoyment of understanding people and figuring things out together.

Why we started CG Health

My co-founder and I met during our MSc in Digital Health & Entrepreneurship at UCL, where we connected over a shared belief that healthcare could do more to help people stay well. I’ve always been drawn to the idea of taking something I believe in and making it happen. Meeting my co-founder gave us the opportunity to do that together. Through hackathons and international competitions, we tested ideas, challenged each other and celebrated wins, learning along the way how well we worked together.

For me, prevention has always been at the heart of that ambition. Working in healthcare made me care deeply about helping people take action earlier, before a health concern becomes something more difficult to manage. I believe that good health information should give people the confidence to do something useful with it.

Research and writing

Questions worth exploring.

I’m interested in how digital health can create value responsibly, and how research can help close the gap between promising ideas and useful practice.

Beyond my professional work

People, communities and the spaces in between.

Alongside my professional work, I’ve made time for community research, student outreach and youth programmes. These experiences have given me different ways to contribute: listening to local concerns, helping someone navigate a new opportunity or supporting the people working behind the scenes.

Listening to communities

Research Volunteer · People Powered Places

London Borough of Newham · 2025

In Newham, I supported participatory research exploring residents’ experiences of health, wellbeing and access to local services. I helped collect community insights and contributed to interpreting and summarising the findings to inform local decisions.

Helping people find their place

Student Ambassador · UCL Global Business School for Health

2024–2025

As a student ambassador, I shared my experience with prospective students through panels, information sessions and digital content. Having moved to London for my own studies, I enjoyed helping others get a clearer picture of what that next step could look like.

Supporting youth and leadership

Content Lead · National Youth Empowerment Fair

2023–2024

Lead HR Committee · NALS

2020–2021

At the National Youth Empowerment Fair, I worked with NGOs and youth speakers to shape sessions around education, empowerment and future-ready skills. My contribution focused on bringing different voices together into a programme that felt relevant and inclusive.

My involvement in NALS centred on the people making the summit happen: recruiting and welcoming volunteers, coordinating across teams and supporting team culture. It was an opportunity to practise leadership through the everyday work of helping people contribute together.

Earlier, I also volunteered with the logistics team at LeanIn Malaysia’s 2016 summit, supporting registration, speaker coordination and event delivery.
